Add or remove recipients to a template

Adding recipients to a template:

STEP EXAMPLE

1. To add more recipients, click ADVANCED EDIT

 

2. Select ADD RECIPIENT.

Input the name of the recipient and designate a recipient action. Drag and drop the recipient to where they belong on the workflow and ensure the signing order is sequential.

If the recipient Needs to Sign, you must add recipient fields on the document. Click NEXT.

3. In the recipients list at the top of the page, select a person to add fields for.

From the Standard Fiels palette at the left, click and drag one of the available field types to add it to the active page.

4. From the Standard Fields palette at the left, click and drag the available field types and add it to the active page.

Click SEND to send out the envelope.

Removing recipients from a template:

STEP EXAMPLE

1. To remove unnecessary role recipients, hover over the right side of the recipient and click on the X to delete them and their assigned fields.
