Review and Sign a Document in DocuSign

1. When your action is required on a DocuSign document, you will receive an email notification from DocuSign. Select REVIEW DOCUMENT. Email notification from DocuSign to review document
2. Enter your SFSU ID number and password to log in. Select START to begin reviewing and filling out the document. Start highlighted to begin reviewing document
3. Once you have finished filling out the document, click on Sign to add your signature. Sign button to insert signature highlighter
4. Click FINISH at the top right to complete your review of the document. finish button to complete document highlighted
