Review and sign documents

  • When your action is required on a DocuSign document, you will receive a DocuSign email notification on behalf of the sender. Select REVIEW DOCUMENT to begin the signing process.

  • Enter your SFSU ID number and password to log in. See log in instructions for more information.
  • Click START on the left of the document to begin the signing process. You are taken to the first tag requiring your action.

  • Once you have finished filling out the document, click on Sign to add your signature. If you have not set up your signature, you would be asked to Adopt Your Signature.
  • Click FINISH at the top right when you complete your review of the document. You will receive a DocuSign email notification when the document is completed by all recipients. You can access and download the completed documents from your SFSU DocuSign account.
